Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1. Purpose
My Usual, Inc. (“My Usual”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation on our services and have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, communication, or behavior that involves minors in sexual contexts.
This policy describes prohibited conduct, enforcement, reporting, and cooperation with law enforcement.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all users of the My Usual mobile applications and websites (collectively, the “Services”), including user-generated content, profiles, messages, photos, and shared media.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited:

Any content that depicts, describes, or promotes sexual activities involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age).

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — images, videos, text, or other media involving minors in sexual activities.

Any grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes.

Content that sexualizes minors, including role-play, cartoons, or AI-generated depictions.

Sharing or attempting to access CSAE content through our platform.
We do not allow any attempt to facilitate or promote these behaviors on our Services.
4. Enforcement
If we become aware of CSAE content or behavior:

The content will be immediately removed.

User accounts involved will be suspended or permanently terminated.

All relevant information will be preserved and provided to law enforcement if required.
5. Reporting CSAE
Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior by:

Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.
6. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
My Usual cooperates fully with law enforcement, government authorities, and relevant child protection agencies. We will report CSAE incidents to appropriate entities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or international equivalents, when applicable.
7. Safety Commitment
We continually improve our detection systems, moderation practices, and community reporting tools to prevent abuse and protect minors on our Services.
